Don't know if its of any use to anyone but I have just received a tender for what looks like a new build 2 storey house in London. Big tender for specialised render work. Looks genuine - loads of details! No good to me, wondered if anyone else wanted it forwarded on (happy to forward it to the first 6 people who say yes).

Don't know if this is the right way of doing things - but free leads these days seem few and far between!

Jon.

its not only that but the Eurobrick system is stupidly expensive , for sto you should be charging about £1000.00 pm for the insulation and then about £1200 for the basecoat and mesh and then £65000pm for the acrylic so about £67200.00 pm all in

Glad to see that some of you waded through the mass of paperwork and got some use out of it. Hopefully one of you will get and I'll look forward to my commission in the post.  Tongue

i looked at it had a little chuckle to myself then hit the delete button lol

thanks for sending it over mate but you do need to be approved for STO. i actually do a lot of work for a company who was also going to price it and even they said it was going to be a nightmare job, think they just priced it really high, and they priced for the Eurobrick

When it came in I saw London and switched off a bit but the detail the specs when into for what is at the end of the day is a detached house in London looked horrific - I'd imagine it was one of those jobs where you'd need a h&s statement covering cleaning out the pump! But if someone out there can make good use of it then its better than me putting it in the trash folder. Wink

not sure your suppose to pass the tender on after the client has engaged with you. he will have already sent it to around 3or4 rendering firms.
