Alright lads...Found this place and thought its worth a pop.


Don't know whats wrong with people.

spoke to 3 spreads of my own back - all recommends.

2 not turn up to even look - other wants a ridiculous amount of money.

All need skimming .

1 wall - already boarded and and taped - approx 3x2.5 m
1 stud wall - boarded and taped - approx 2 sqm
1 bathroom - lower half bonded - top half boarded out - size approx 3m x 2m
1 kitchen. - lower half bonded - top half boarded - ceiling boarded.Walls out of true, but with cupboards, units and tile going up - might be ok just skimmed.

What would be a ball park figure - or is anyone intersted in doing it.Needs doing ASAP

Whats the ridiculous price you got? might get some interested if they think they can beat it and save someone wasting their time.
